1.    The Main Usage:

Instant dry yeast is used for manufacturing steamed bun, steamed roll, bread, pastry, cookies, fried dough twist, twisted cruller and other fermented food.  

2.   The Main Type:

1)Instant Dry Yeast with high sugar;

2) Instant Dry Yeast with low sugar.

3.    The Main difference:

The main difference is based on the end user’s formula.

If do not add sugar, the low sugar is with the better effect.

If add the sugar ( less than 10% ), the low sugar & the high sugar, both are ok.

If add the sugar ( more than 10% ), use the high sugar.

4.   The Main Advantage:

1) Consistent high quality.

2) Strong Stability, Different flour, Different additive, the Fermentation is stable.
